DISCOVERY RESEARCH
With a multi-phase approach, over the course of a year, we were able to identify unique needs of different personas that could be fulfilled in different ways. The results provided the client with insights to provide a diversified portfolio of products to serve a diversified customer base.
INSIGHTS ACTIVATION
Trough a series of workshops, ideation sessions and sprints we were able to create strategic and actionable product recommendations that delivered significant increases in GMV and MAU (up to 25x) for one of the premier superapps in Asia.
UX RESEARCH
For a client of ours we tested several product vertical flows using customized design prototypes to determine ideal paths for consumers. Tested qualitatively and quantitiatvely the outcomes provided the product and design teams the direction they needed to increase conversions across their app.
