I've delivered hundreds of research reports over the years. Some changed roadmaps. Some changed strategies. And some, honestly, went nowhere.
The difference was rarely the quality of the research. It was almost always how the output was framed.
So I started paying closer attention to what made certain deliverables land and others get a polite nod followed by silence. Over time, a pattern emerged that I now use as a personal checklist before I share any report or presentation.

It's not groundbreaking. It's not the only way. But it's a simple set of steps that keeps me honest about whether my output is actually going to move the needle or just add to someone's reading list.
If you're in a role where you deliver insights to stakeholders, maybe it's useful for you too. Swipe through for the breakdown.
